Day 3 started out great! Tried a few new things...then we had to stop for dinner on the way to drop off one of the boys at youth group...In-N-Out was the decision. Oh well. I had a few fries, and ate when we got home. :)
Breakfast - Egg whites with cut up zucchini, 1/2 grapefruit
Snack - Soy Beans
Lunch - Kale and Edamame salad with cranberries, almonds, tomatoes (yum!)
Snack - carrots
Dinner - Southwestern black bean soup, piece of whole grain bread
Dr. Oz's tea
2.65 miles walk/jog
All in all...another good day. Health wise...feeling much better!

Don't forget at In-N-Out you can get a grilled cheese or a veggie burger. The veggie is just the bun with whatever vegetables you want!
